Coating classification

1. UV printer-glass coating:

It is suitable for plexiglass, tempered glass, ceramics, ceramic tiles, crystals. Special treatment is required. (Crystal is an inorganic consumable, so when processing it, the strengthening agent is applied first and then the coating. The strengthening agent and the coating are foamed. 2. UV printer-PC coating

Some PC materials are harder and usually have poor adhesion! Some PC materials do not need coating for direct printing! Generally good quality PC materials are relatively hard (applicable to materials starting with P, such as PS\PP\PVC)

3. UV printer-metal coating

CP metal type: features quick-drying, spraying requirements, thicker surface, otherwise it is easy to fall off

DY metal type: ceramic type, a little slower than CP: suitable for aluminum, copper plate, tinplate, aluminum alloy and other materials. It can also be used in ceramic tiles, tempered glass, and needs special treatment. There are two types of transparent and white. Both can be made. Shiny and matte effects. Mainly the surface smoothness. If ceramics are smoother than glass, use DY.

4. UV printer-leather coating

It is suitable for real leather, leather, pvc leather, pu leather, etc. There are two types of transparent and white respectively, and both can be used for gloss and matt effects. (All kinds of leather bags and bamboo curtains are treated by spraying. It is best to spray the leather bag once, as the thickness of the coating will destroy the leather itself; do not bake, natural drying is ideal, and the drying time is 90 minutes. Bamboo curtains Spray as many layers as possible, because the gap of the bamboo curtain is relatively large, the number of spraying passes is required to be 3 times.)

5. UV printer-ABS coating

CU, ABS vials: acrylic, plastic, bamboo and wood. Pay attention to whether the surface is burnt. There are many kinds of ABS materials, which are suitable for wood, PVC, ABS, gypsum, thick kraft paper, acrylic, PS PVC, ordinary plastic, etc., respectively. Surface activity is poor, flame treatment is required, otherwise the adhesion is not enough, flame treatment is based on experience, the surface should not be sprayed too thick, otherwise it will not be easy to dry (the most difficult thing to treat is silica gel)

To check whether an article that has been treated with coating and strengthening agent is qualified, the following conditions are required:

1. The item itself is not damaged (such as missing corners, scratches, broken, etc.)

2. The smoothness of the coating and strengthening agent on the article, no accumulation on the edge of the article.

3. The processed items must be free of dust and air bubbles on the processing surface. Whether it affects the appearance or not, transparent items have low requirements for dust and air bubbles. Just look through the light.

4. The color of the processed items should not be too yellow.

Package

When packing, make sure that this item is completely dry, and at the same time check whether there is any missing label on this item. For fragile items, such as crystal and acrylic, pay attention to packaging. Do not use plastic wrap and other films to wrap items.

Cleaning
