Coating classification
Inorganic and organic are two types of consumables. Metal, crystal, marble, jade, etc. are inorganic materials; plastic, wood products, bamboo products, leather, etc. are organic materials.
1. UV printer-glass coating:
It is suitable for plexiglass, tempered glass, ceramics, ceramic tiles, crystals. Special treatment is required. There are two types of transparent and white respectively, both of which can be used for light and matte effects. (Crystal is an inorganic consumable, so when processing it, the strengthening agent is applied first and then the coating. The strengthening agent and the coating are foamed. The strengthening agent must be completely dried before adding the coating, because the strengthening agent Doing the coating before drying will cause the crystal color to turn yellow and affect the ink absorption. The drying time of the enhancer in a ventilated environment at room temperature is 120 minutes, and the drying time of the coating under the above conditions is also 120 minutes. Suggestion: The enhancer should be dried naturally, and the coating needs heating time about 20 minutes.) When soaking the crystal, let the crystal surface of the soak and the reagent surface completely contact. After touching the crystal, pick up the crystal vertically and place it. Then use a paper towel to absorb the reagents accumulated on the edge. If there is dust, use a toothpick to pick out the dust. Remember whether to pick it or not, otherwise it will leave unsightly marks. Please do not put the finished crystal in an indoor environment. It is placed in the oven, which helps to dry the coating and prevent dust from falling on the crystal.
Those with higher boiling resistance requirements are usually matched with white oil. The adhesion is very important. The white oil should not be too strong, otherwise it will easily melt the pattern. It is best to spray twice. )
2. UV printer-PC coating
Some PC materials are harder and usually have poor adhesion! Some PC materials do not need coating for direct printing! Generally good quality PC materials are relatively hard (applicable to materials starting with P, such as PS\PP\PVC)
3. UV printer-metal coating
CP metal type: features quick-drying, spraying requirements, thicker surface, otherwise it is easy to fall off
DY metal type: ceramic type, a little slower than CP: suitable for aluminum, copper plate, tinplate, aluminum alloy and other materials. It can also be used in ceramic tiles, tempered glass, and needs special treatment. There are two types of transparent and white. Both can be made. Shiny and matte effects. Mainly the surface smoothness. If ceramics are smoother than glass, use DY.
4. UV printer-leather coating
It is suitable for real leather, leather, pvc leather, pu leather, etc. There are two types of transparent and white respectively, and both can be used for gloss and matt effects. (All kinds of leather bags and bamboo curtains are treated by spraying. It is best to spray the leather bag once, as the thickness of the coating will destroy the leather itself; do not bake, natural drying is ideal, and the drying time is 90 minutes. Bamboo curtains Spray as many layers as possible, because the gap of the bamboo curtain is relatively large, the number of spraying passes is required to be 3 times.)
5. UV printer-ABS coating
CU, ABS vials: acrylic, plastic, bamboo and wood. Pay attention to whether the surface is burnt. There are many kinds of ABS materials, which are suitable for wood, PVC, ABS, gypsum, thick kraft paper, acrylic, PS PVC, ordinary plastic, etc., respectively. There are two types of transparent and white. Light effect (Acrylic is an organic consumable, so it only needs to be coated. Its processing method is bubble. Because it is relatively thin, pay special attention to the bubble coating not to soak the coating liquid over the surface. Affects the appearance, and it will be particularly troublesome to clean. Please note that some acrylic will be corroded and cracked by the coating.)

6. UV printer-silicone coating
Suitable for silicone and rubber materials. Surface activity is poor, flame treatment is required, otherwise the adhesion is not enough, flame treatment is based on experience, the surface should not be sprayed too thick, otherwise it will not be easy to dry (the most difficult thing to treat is silica gel)
an examination
To check whether an article that has been treated with coating and strengthening agent is qualified, the following conditions are required:
1. The item itself is not damaged (such as missing corners, scratches, broken, etc.)
2. The smoothness of the coating and strengthening agent on the article, no accumulation on the edge of the article.
3. The processed items must be free of dust and air bubbles on the processing surface. Whether it affects the appearance or not, transparent items have low requirements for dust and air bubbles. Just look through the light.
4. The color of the processed items should not be too yellow.
Package
When packing, make sure that this item is completely dry, and at the same time check whether there is any missing label on this item. For fragile items, such as crystal and acrylic, pay attention to packaging. Do not use plastic wrap and other films to wrap items.
Cleaning
Make sure that the consumables to be checked are completely dry before cleaning. There are 3 cleaning solutions to choose from, and their chemical properties are sequentially enhanced. ①Alcohol ②Coating cleaning fluid ③Water. Therefore, the cleaning solution should be selected according to the specific consumables.
